As a writer, Alexander has an extraordinary capability to craft texts in a wide range of “voices”, depending upon the context, from academic tracts and critical pieces, to programmatic and evocative prose.

Alexander is also extremely familiar with the typical demands of artistic professional texts, having written or helped to write program notes, artistic biographies, motivation letters, grant proposals, and presentations and lectures.  He is also acquainted with and well-practised in a range of bibliographic standards and needs, and is able to proofread or guide budding authors who may be struggling to understand this facet of academic authorship, or who may be looking for guidance concerning the formation of their abstracts or papers.

In his spare time, Alexander is also a keen critical writer, maintaining a personal blog that dabbles in creative and analytical pieces.  He intends to expand his writing practice over the coming years, and is actively working on a range of long term academic and creative projects.
